4 Stars Great
if you have a black 50″ plasma tv then this tv stand pulls the look together quite well! plenty of storage!

4 Stars Wheels?
Contrary to others, my assembly was smooth and painless.

One of my shelves was not laminated on both sides, but who looks at the bottom of a shelf.

The only thing I didn’t care for were the feet. Yes, they’re adjustable (nice touch), but I’m going to replace them with casters. Even without the TV, the stand loaded down with DVDs doesn’t move easily.

5 Stars Graet Item
This is a great TV stand for those who also need the spacious cabinets to use as storage for DVD’S, or Videos or even books…It is very stylish and made from very quality components. The assembly took less than two hours. Over all, very happy to have this item.

5 Stars Great product but a pain to put together
This TV console turned out wonderfully. The pieces seemed to be well made. I’ve had problems in the past with cheap screws, etc being put into build it yourself products. However, this product does not have that problem. All pieces are sturdy. The problem it does have though, is that the directions are very vague. It won’t say which direction a piece of wood should be placed. You have to figure it out based on review of future steps and deduction of what the thing should end up looking like. This was frustrating. Also, none of the pieces are labeled so you have to use their not so great drawings to identify which piece you should be using. I’m pretty good at building furniture and it took 3 hours to put it together. But after it was done I was very satisfied with the piece.

3 Stars Product was good, watch out for shipping.
I purchased this item with other items, including a big screen tv. The overall shipping for the order was not bad. However, when I took a closer look, the shipping on this item was $130 for a $170 item. Came out to exactly $300. When I was finally able to get through to them, they said they had mis-priced the item and had to make up for it with the shipping. In fairness, their price was better that target and some others even with the large shipping. It was my fault for not seeing how much the shipping was in the first place, even though it is kind of greyed out when you select the item. Another note, Amazon will not help you at all with this vendor. They simply gave me a number that when answered, the vendor said they do not deal with Amazon.

As far as the item itelf, I had no trouble putting it together. It seems fairly sturdy and holds quite a bit of stuff. The instructions were decent, but it would help if the parts were tagged and the picture showed which direction the painted vs the rough sides go on some parts.

All in all, I am pleased. It looks good for the price. I resented the attemp to mislead, but they did answer my e-mails and tried to explain.
