The AS2S is a bi-shelf cable management system. It can be used with or without a Plasma/LCD mount. This unit is designed to fit under your display and provide an on wall solution for other components such as cable boxes, DVD players, game consoles, and stereo components. There are three 2 1/4″ holes on the aluminum plate. These holes allow you to cleanly run your cables up to your TV or down to another component, as well as out the bottom to an outlet.

After reviewing our competition we realized that most shelving units need to be mounted directly into a wall stud. In most cases the wall stud is placed to the right or to the left of the display, which is not where most people prefer to have their shelves mounted. This is still the most secure option however, after significant research weve found that using the correct toggle bolts can allow you to mount your shelving unit wherever you see fit. With the combination of four of these toggle bolts, the shelving unit is able to hold well over 70LBS safely. Each individual toggle bolt provides 75lbs of support. 2 Stars Great until it wasn’t. The Heads broke off 2 of the 3 cables. Be Very Gentle with these.
Great picture quality in full 1080p, but the heads are very poorly constructed and two of the three cables I bought from them have now broken.

5 Stars an improvement over a more expensive cable
I’ve only had it for a couple of days but the quality of viewing has improved over the Monster cable I had before. With the Monster, I used to get sound dropouts and very rough channel changes (with sound loss) when I went from regular to HD channels. None of that is happening with this new cable.

I have seen some concerns about longevity- my fingers are crossed! I have it hooked up to TV from cable box. I have not plugged and unplugged it repeatedly as others here have described.

I paid $2.99+tax at Frys electronics for this (sorry Amazon), In order to test up my new 24″ Samsung Syncmaster LCD with a full 1080p native resolution. my decision was based on price alone. When I opened the package I was suprised by the look,feel and apparent quality of the cable. I own many other cheap (all under $5 HDMI cables and this one looks and feels much more expensive. Plugged it in and it worked exactly as I expected it to; the TMDS coded algorithm made it from my motherboard to my monitor no problem, which means; same exact picture as I would get from a 20-100$ cable.

The only reason this manufacturer loses a star is because of the outrageous claims on the packaging that any 15 year old should be able to see as invalid. Example *enables increased contrast ratio, *eliminates on screen color banding, (here is the best) *lets HDTVs display colors more accurately.

The cable is great but it wont work any better than any other HDMI cable even one from the dollar store.

1 Star Poor Quality Shows when Plugging and Un-plugging
I had a similar experience as many others have with the gold plated end of my cables snapping off after unplugging them from my bluray and tv.

I have purchased 5 of these HDMI cables. They are great quality for the price. I have unplugged these and plugged them back in multiple times without having any problems like some of the other reviewers. They provide a great picture and audio quality. These compare with the more expensive cables at almost 50-70% less cost.

2 Stars Works great, but never unplug them!
Works great! The cable itself is high-quality and seems to be well shielded. Like other reviewers, when I unplugged them to move the equipement, the inner portion of the plug stayed with the equipment! There is no way to have it fix.

4 Stars Great HDMI cable
I have this connecting an Oppo DVD player to a Panasonic Plasma TV and it is sending a high quality signal so far. I haven’t had any problems. It looks and feels heavy duty. A better deal than name brand and/or store bought HDMI cables, too.

The item is exactly what you’d expect when buying a high end product at a low cost. Are these the best cables you can get? no, but they’re good quality for passing the HD channels to my TV and they were rugged enough to be passed through the wall. All and all, for the price and quality I would recommend this item
