5 Stars Flat Panel Wall Mount
This is a really steady, well-built product. The directions are clear. The supplied wall anchors are probably a bit too lightweight for the heavy combination of mount and TV and we replaced them with a heavier-duty anchor set. I strongly recommend this product.

It looks good and is a sturdy little thing for my 32″ Samsung Flat Screen LCD. The material that it is made of suprised me in that it was really heavy. It is a bit bigger than I expected but looks good with the TV on it. I really like the fact that the TV can be adjusted for what is best for me.

We got this mount about a month ago but just got it installed. We searched every mount out there and this is by far the best. If you want a really sturdy mount, this Omnimount CLM is the one. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended!!!!

Serious heavy duty wall mount. Bought two of the same (one for a 32 inch sharp and one for 26 inch sharp) Admittedly, maybe a bit of overkill for the 26 but don’t have any regrets as I like things secure. One thing to consider on smaller tvs is the back panel and whether it has any removeable panels. My sharps have removeable panels that cover all the componet plugs and the plate of the wallmount covers part of the panels of the 26 inch. Occasionally need to get to those component plugs. I used spacers for the 26″ tv so plate is not fully attached to the back of the TV but still pretty secure with the 4 screws. In the case of the Sharps, they look much better with the back panels on. I guess I could have decided not to use the panels on the 26″. The only issue I have is that you need to use some serious muscle to move the arms. There is an adjustment to loosen but doesn’t seem to make much of difference. My 110 lbs wife really needs to plant her feet to move. Otherwise great construction and very secure.

4 Stars Peerless PA730 Articulating Wall Mount
The sturdiness of this item impressed me, also the delivery time was very good. I believe I received it within 5 days by standard delivery. The one problem I have with it is that the tilt adjust socket screw wouldn’t budge, so I had to do a work around and make a wedge for the bottom of the plate mount to raise the top to level the TV. I called Peerless to verify that it did not have a reverse thread, because I was afraid I would break the unit or strip the bolt head if I used any more pressure. The assured me it was not a reverse thread, but offered no advice as to how to remedy this problem. By the way, I used WD40 4 times over 4 hours to no avail. Very frustrating!

5 Stars Solid, Sturdy & Easy to install
The title of this review says it all. We’ve only had it up for a dew weeks, but this wall mount looks likes it going to be there for years. Just make sure you find the stud (we didn’t even us the anchors). It tilts (up & down) to change viewing angles (just remove the plastic knobs on the back and use one of the enclosed Allen Keys). Doesn’t really hid the coaxial cables, but other than that it is 5 stars.

After cruising the discount stores I ordered this Peerless unit online. I have a small flatscreen tv for my boat and needed a compact, sturdy unit to mount the TV. Very pleased with the quality for the price. I think it will work out fine.

Bought to use in our camper with a 22″ Vizio tv. This mount works fine and allows us to hide the tv in the corner cabinet. The tv swings out for viewing. Also the tv can face the back of the cabinet so it is easy to get at the mounting screws to remove the tv when traveling.

Our TV needed to be mounted on a 200X200 plate. This mount comes 200X100. Ordered a adapter plate, and works great.

4 Stars Great mount, needs adapter for VESA 200×200
Very solid mount, works exactly as one would expect. The only disappointment is Amazon lists it as VESA 75, 100, and 200 compatible. That’s not completely accurate. It does include an adapter plate for VESA 200×100 mounting. It does NOT include VESA 200×200 mounting, however. That requires a separate adapter plate, e.g., UFP-280. I could have saved myself time and frustration had that been clearly shown.

Recommended, just be sure you have the mount you need for your television.

5 Stars A Good Investment
So, I was in tough spot. I had a 23″ widescreen monitor taking up most of my desk. On one hand, I wanted something functional, but on the other I didn’t have a lot to spend.

After much research, this little gem popped up. I wasn’t familiar with the brand, but the price was right. The way it’s screwed into a wall means that you *have to* get through a support stud(Not always the most convenient based on your furniture arrangement), but that’s a very small complaint.

I can move the arm freely left and right, it stays exactly where I put it every time. Additionally, the connector point to the monitor allows me to rotate the monitor freely up to 360 degrees. Call me a geek, but it’s cool to be able to turn my monitor 90 degrees to read comics, etc.

I’ll be acquiring a secondary monitor soon, and I definitely plan to purchase another one of these for it.

5 Stars Very Well Made Wall Mount, Somewhat Easy to Install
I purchased two of these mounts for a 50″ and a 60″ Pioneer monitor. The Peerless website was helpful to make sure I choose the correct wall mount model # for these particular monitors. I liked the feature to adjust the screen tilt anywhere between -5 degrees to +15 degrees.

The wall mounts were sturdy and very well made. All parts were neatly packaged and well labeled. The installation instructions were straightforward and relatively easy to follow. It took about 1 hour to install each mount, with most of that time spent on picking a good wall location, deciding on a good mounting height and finding the wall studs using an electronic stud finder. For the best results, make sure that you take the time to fasten the mount to the center of the wall studs and that the mount is perfectly level.

One issue came up that was not addressed in the installation manual. There are two parallel sliding tracks on each bracket that attaches to the TV/monitor. These sliding tracks are used to adjust the screen tilt. The instructions discuss a manual tension adjustment on one of these tracks using a built-in ratchet handle. The tension on the second track was too tight and needed to be adjusted but the instructions did not discuss this. I neded to use a 3mm hex head driver and a small wrench to make this adjustment.

One other minor issue is a reference in the instructions to a screen compatibility chart on the Peerless website that is out of date (June, 2006 was the last update).

Overall, I would recommend this product.

5 Stars Great Mount
Buy 1/4 x 4′ U bolts to mount this thing. I used 7 U bolts and I could hang King Kong off this thing in my drywall. I have a 58′ television and I have absolutely no worries of this television dropping. One flaw in this mount is gaining access to the back of the television once it’s hung. It’s minor though and not enough to draw back from a 5 star rating.

5 Stars Sturdy, easy to adjust
Fairly easy to install, included everything but drill bit. I spent a lot of time looking for a updated mounting for my TV, but it was old. I used a toothpick to measure depth and used a spacer. Don’t waste time with the chart.

Tilt allows adjustment to prevent glare from light overhead. I didn’t think I needed this, but is really needed.

With my TV Samsung 58″, I had 4″ of up/down adjustment.

Requires 2 people to safely tilt. For the safety of the giant sheet of glass, use both hands of 2 people and gently tilt, not twist.

Lot of room to slide sideways after releasing safety screws.

Safety screws are small compared to the rest of the mount, but still more than enough.

Purchased this wall mount for my Pioneer 60″ plasma monitor. Holds this monitor with no problem. Tilt also works as described. Great product and customer support. Would recommend.

5 Stars Solid construction, spans 3 wall studs
Just wanted to note that this wall mount does just what it says and that it has the huge advantage of being wide enough to be mounted to 3 wall studs. That provides much better support for heavy flat panels AND allows for more precise mounting when the existing stud pattern is not optimal for 2-stud placement. Lastly, the mount’s adjustability is straightforward except that the rotating part that mounts on the panel was so tight, that I needed to use a long screwdriver to pry it and get it to move. Not a big deal once I realized that it was just stubborn and not ill-designed. Very sturdy.

4 Stars Tilt & Swivel Mount
I would say this is a “pretty good” product. It was less than half the price of anything I found locally and once mounted I have been happy with its performance. You will need to take your time when mounting and I had to shim the bottom by a good 1/4″ to get the LCD screen to be level. The cover hides the shim so all is good. For the money I would recommend this product to anyone is comfortable with deviating from the standard mounting instructions to get the best results.

2 Stars Not for anywhere fancy. They needed to do some more work.
I bought one of these mounts to go with the flat screen tv that I bought for the kitchen. Of all the many many things we bought for the job (we started without even walls) This was easily the most disappointing for us. We had to replace the hardware, as we note others said. That’s OK, as we expected to do some of that. By the time we were all done, that TV got installed 7 different times, each time trying to improve what should have been easy and good looking.

The arm articulates fairly well, but it is held in place with a lockwasher so it doesn’t change directions. The arm is covered with 3 pair of plastic covers to improve the looks. And, for that reason, they are necessary as without them it looks like a “my first welding class” take-home to the parents project. Trust me, you’d rather the take-home ashtray with an impression of your hand, if you can. Even if you do not smoke.

This plastic shell has thin plastic tabs, etc to hold the parts together and thet seem to be easily broke. In addition, the metal arms and hardware blocks the only possible route for running any cable, even a power cable, through the plastic shell. Perhaps you shouldn’t run them through the shell. If so, why the exit hole at the TV end? The wall mount part of the base has two holes as the only place to route those cables through the base, but then the route is blocked by the middle part. In use, the length of wires needed for the arm to straighten out leaves an ugly loop of cable showing below the screen. Like I said, my biggest disappointment in the whole kitchen. If I could find a replacement that would cover the holes in the cabinet I would. In a minute.

After a mental hiccup that caused me to continue trying to make it work, I wound up not only making mounting holes but also cutting these holes for the wires to make it to the tv from the cabinet. The cabinet I had just finished making out of oak. If I hadn’t done that, this would be going back long ago.

Now, instead of having people make me proud of the work I put into making the cabinet, I try to keep people from looking behind the tv, although its a losing battle.

1 Star Not fabricated as shown
I recently received this item and discovered that it was manufactured incorrectly. It looks identical to the picture shown except that the tilt control was rotated 90 degrees, which means that it offers no vertical tilt. While the item was shipped promptly and the price was unmatched, the lack of tilt means that this product is going to be returned. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and others get a correctly fabricated version.
