5 Stars Great Stand
We lost the stand for our 43″ Pioneer Pro HD Plasma, so we decided to give this a try. Not only did it arrive in just 1 day, it was perfect for our tv. The assembly was very easy and the instructions were very clear. All parts were clearly marked. The tv is over 80lbs and this stand supports it perfectly and is very stable. We also left the wall mount plate on the back of the tv and it attached to this stand perfectly, shortening the assembly steps. The only complaint is that it is 38lbs, which really adds to the overall weight of a plasma tv (but probably necessary to support it properly!). Would highly recommend this as a replacement stand, or for a large flat screen that did not come with one. Very satisfied with this product and the seller.

This tabletop stand is great. Nice, modern appearance and very sturdy with an adjustable height. My husband assembled it in no time. It fit our 32 inch Sony Bravia perfectly!

4 Stars Large TV Table Mount
TV table mount works for my 32″ flat screen but it is very large. It is not the type of stand that normally comes with a flat screen TV. It serves my purposes so if you have a flat screen that needs a stand, it works nicely.

5 Stars Very sturdy stand that does the job I needed for some customization
I needed a way to mount a Sony 40″ Z series LCD in my TV cabinet that used to house a 36″ CRT. The problem with using the provided TV stand was that it protruded several inches in front of the panel for balance, which meant the TV had to be pushed back into the cabinet restricting the viewing angle from the sides more than I would like.

So, I found this stand from Premier Mounts, and mounted the panel facing out the “back” of the stand, and then secured the base with some brackets to my TV cabinet – works great as I now have the TV flush with the front of the cabinet (inset just enough for the doors to close) and have full viewing ability.

While another reviewer commented on not having the needed screws, I was impressed with the large variety of mounting screws that were provded in the kit – found some that met my needs for the Sony 40Z4100 fine. There are a couple of horizontal brackets that I am not sure are needed I did have to cut off a portion of one side of the lower mounting arm as it interfered with the input panel on the back of the TV, but this does not reduce the structral strength in any way.

The stand is made of very good quality, heavivy duty materials and if for some reason you have misplaced your original table stand this would make an ideal replacement – or a great option for needs like mine above

5 Stars Flat Screen TV Tabletop Mount
This item arrived earlier than expected. It was easy to put together as the instructions were quite clear and easy to follow. The only negative comment I have is that if you have a 32″ television like I have (Samsung LN32B550) one of the horizontal arms can block the rear input/output terminals. Fortunately I have a hacksaw and was able to trim the offending arm. So if you are thinking of purchasing this be aware of this. Otherwise it is very sturdy and works well. And it looks good too.

For ~$90, this shelf system is worth it.

No problem setting this up. The instructions aren’t very detailed, but assembling the shelves was fairly intuitive, so this isn’t too much of an issue.

Visually, the shelves are aesthetically pleasing (in plain english, they look real nice). The pictures don’t do this product justice. You can move the three shelves to various brackets on the main mount.

The one drawback is the cable management system. If you plan on running more than two HDMI cables under the plastic covers, take note: carefully tie two cables in a bundle on either side of the cover/center frame (i.e. two cables tied in a bundle on the left side of the mount, two cables tied in a bundle on the right). Otherwise, the plastic covers will pinch the cables when you try to snap the cover in place.

4 Stars Great Shelves to Mount under your TV!
This product does take time to put together correctly, but when finished it is great. It is just enough space to store everything you need under your flat screen tv.

The shipper was extremely fast with sending this out to me. I would for sure purchase another product from them.

I pretty much agree with the other reviewers on the manual and to a lesser degree, the cable management. I thought the cable management could have been better designed by just increasing the channel size, but wasn’t as poor as some reviewers reported. I have the following equipment and cabling in the cable management:

My only real complaint is the shelves are not perpendicular to the wall. The wall is good, the mounts of the shelf system are tight to the wall, the shelves just slant forward. Not a big deal if you only view it from the front, but if you are viewing it from either side, its pretty obvious. Overall, easy to install and a good price for what you get.

Cons: If you have a lot of cables esp >3 HDMI and component cables it is extremely difficult to hide them as the wire concealer given is thin

3 Stars Looks great if only used for the light equipment
As everyone else rated this item; the instructional manual needs work, but the mount is definitely stylish in appearance.

It should be only mounted on the wall studs or concrete walls (which was my challenge to mount it on exterior wall of a Florida home).

I didn’t have any problems with running the cables in the channel provided; just be patient/careful not to nick your thicker expensive cables when you slid them in.

The biggest problem with this product is that it can only be used with light equipments as illustrated in the catalog (light speaker, small VCR, Cable box). With anything above 10-15 lbs the shelves start sagging as it happened with my Receiver surround amplifier of 20 lbs.

The second problem is with the insufficient depth of the shelves; they are shallow and cannot accommodate for the wiring on the back of many equipments. My Dish Network satellite receiver and the amplifier are sticking out so far over the glass shelves that they seem they’re going to fall off any minute.

Bottom line; Buy it only if you want to set it up just the way the catalogs has shown (shallow, light-weight equipments)

4 Stars Tilt & Swivel Mount
I would say this is a “pretty good” product. It was less than half the price of anything I found locally and once mounted I have been happy with its performance. You will need to take your time when mounting and I had to shim the bottom by a good 1/4″ to get the LCD screen to be level. The cover hides the shim so all is good. For the money I would recommend this product to anyone is comfortable with deviating from the standard mounting instructions to get the best results.

2 Stars Not for anywhere fancy. They needed to do some more work.
I bought one of these mounts to go with the flat screen tv that I bought for the kitchen. Of all the many many things we bought for the job (we started without even walls) This was easily the most disappointing for us. We had to replace the hardware, as we note others said. That’s OK, as we expected to do some of that. By the time we were all done, that TV got installed 7 different times, each time trying to improve what should have been easy and good looking.

The arm articulates fairly well, but it is held in place with a lockwasher so it doesn’t change directions. The arm is covered with 3 pair of plastic covers to improve the looks. And, for that reason, they are necessary as without them it looks like a “my first welding class” take-home to the parents project. Trust me, you’d rather the take-home ashtray with an impression of your hand, if you can. Even if you do not smoke.

This plastic shell has thin plastic tabs, etc to hold the parts together and thet seem to be easily broke. In addition, the metal arms and hardware blocks the only possible route for running any cable, even a power cable, through the plastic shell. Perhaps you shouldn’t run them through the shell. If so, why the exit hole at the TV end? The wall mount part of the base has two holes as the only place to route those cables through the base, but then the route is blocked by the middle part. In use, the length of wires needed for the arm to straighten out leaves an ugly loop of cable showing below the screen. Like I said, my biggest disappointment in the whole kitchen. If I could find a replacement that would cover the holes in the cabinet I would. In a minute.

After a mental hiccup that caused me to continue trying to make it work, I wound up not only making mounting holes but also cutting these holes for the wires to make it to the tv from the cabinet. The cabinet I had just finished making out of oak. If I hadn’t done that, this would be going back long ago.

Now, instead of having people make me proud of the work I put into making the cabinet, I try to keep people from looking behind the tv, although its a losing battle.

I recently received this item and discovered that it was manufactured incorrectly. It looks identical to the picture shown except that the tilt control was rotated 90 degrees, which means that it offers no vertical tilt. While the item was shipped promptly and the price was unmatched, the lack of tilt means that this product is going to be returned. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and others get a correctly fabricated version.

it said this product sold for over $100, I gave $18, this product isnt worth the shipping I paid. No directions came with it. Very unstable. Pure hunk of Junk made in China, You get what you pay for. Maybe we should start making stuff in the US

5 Stars Fanstiastic TV and a Fantastic Deal!
I just received my TV a few days ago and I must say that so far I am blown away. I ordered the TV from Amazon Thursday Night and I received it Tuesday around lunch time using the free shipping. Pilot brought over the TV- carried it up to my second floor apartment and then unboxed it for me so I could check to make sure the TV worked. This TV is a thing of beauty. The one piece of glass is impressive looking and the TV is extremely flat. The image quality on this TV is amazing. Images look 3-D and seem to pop off the TV. The black levels are great (the blacks seem to match the letterbox bars). The internet stuff (like youtube and yahoo) are ok- not sure if they are worth the extra money. I have not registered for Netflix yet so that feature maybe worth it. You will not be dissapointed by this TV. Defiantly the best deal for the money of a flat screen TV. Glare is not an issue on this TV once it is turned on. We had a mirror hanging on the wall behind our couch which did cause some glare during dark scenes. We took the mirror off the wall- problem solved! I will update this after I have used the TV some more.

UPDATE:

So after having this TV for 2 weeks- I gotta say I still love it. The picture quality is fantastic. I am also impressed with how cool this set run- it is not hot to the touch at all. Image retention was a bit of a problem with this TV when playing video games however it is lessoning as I break it in. I think it will be a non-issue in another week. It has not been an issue at all with anything I have watched on TV or in a movie- only with video games. I have activated NetFlix and I gotta say it is great. It is fast and within 20-30 seconds you can be watching a movie in HD quality. I have no regrets about this set!

5 Stars This TV Rocks
I’ve had this TV for about two weeks now. The TV is heavy, and I wanted to mount it “flush” to the wall so I got the heavy-duty articulating Peerless IM760PU mount. This would allow me access to the back of the TV without having to lift it.

Now back to the TV. I LOVE IT. The picture quality is unmatched by anything I’ve seen. The factory settings do need to be adjusted, but the process is amazingly intuitive with this TV. Non HD shows are just OK, but gosh, get an HD show on this puppy, and you’ll never leave home. As a matter of fact I had my buddy, who owns a Pioneer Elite Kuro over the other day, and he was blown away by the picture quality on this TV.

“NetCast, which is an internet media streaming system that is compatible with Netflix, YouTube, and Yahoo! Widgets” is great to have. I have watched YouTube videos and tried out Yahoo Widgets, but I still need to get a subscription to Netflix to get the full benefit of this feature.

I Have my newly purchased Denon Receiver AVR-2310CI and BluRay Player 2500BTCI sitting in boxes in my office while I await the AV furniture. Once these are set up and I get a chance to play a BluRay disc, I’ll provide feedback.

5 Stars So far…so GREAT!
I have been cautiously reviewing plasmas and LCD’s for the past year or so. I wanted this to be a long-term purchase that I wouldn’t regret in 6 months to a year. It seems the technology has been increasing as fast as the prices have been decreasing on these kinds of t.v.’s. My head started to spin and I figured I’d just hold steady for awhile. That was until Amazon had an offer of 1 year no interest and no payments on this t.v. I pulled the trigger after reading some very good reviews of this product. The only thing I became truly certain of was that I wanted it to have internet capability so that I could stream movies…this set has the Netflix “program” and I figured that was going to come in handy to have…or whatever new downloadable technology becomes available in the coming years. Glad I chose this!

I have had the set for about a week now. I’m still in my “break-in” period, so I have all the settings pretty low. However, I have sampled what the final settings will look like and I am more than thrilled with the picture quality and the functionality of the set. This is a HUGE t.v….and I mean HUGE!! It is a great looking set with one single pane of glass rather than a big outside bezel. The colors are true and rich, and I’m confident that they will only get better once it is broken in fully and I can turn on the full settings. It comes with a stand already installed, which works great. I may still buy the Sanus wall bracket, but it isn’t totally necessary with this nice stand, either. The sound is actually very good. Pretty rich for just standard speakers…sounds very nice for regualar watching when I don’t want to turn on the theater system. I haven’t used the Netflix program YET, but I look forward to streaming a movie from their tens of thousands available in the coming years. This was a good purchase from my perspective, and to say I was over cautious would be an understatement. The 12 month “financing” and free delivery were icing on the cake. It has only been a week, but I expect to be continually thrilled with this for years to come.
