5 Stars Almost overkill
I purchased this bracket to mount a 23′ LCD computer monitor on the wall.

Fortunately, this bracket comes with an adapter that compensates for different angles of the backplates of different monitors.

My new Dell monitor has a slanted back, so I needed to use the adapter.

As for the bracket itself, it’s very heavy duty. To a point where it’s overkill for my monitor.

As other reviews have stated, when retracted, it still projects from the wall about 8 1/2″ (in my case), but it’s not a big deal.

This is a better bracket and MUCH less expensive as the one’s I looked at in Best Buy and Walmart.

Highly Recommended.

5 Stars Sturdy mount
I bought this mount to replace one that I had purchased at Lowe’s.

Pros: strong, sturdy metal construction; heavy-duty hardware and screws; snap-on plastic cover neatly hides the mounting screws. Installation was a breeze compared to my previous experience with the Lowe’s product. This mount has two sections, one is screwed to the wall and the other to the TV. Then you simply hang the TV section into a slot on the wall section, very elegant.

Cons: The only fault I could find was the arm doesn’t snug up as close to the wall as I’d like. The pictures here are accurate, use them to judge if the mount will suit your application.

This mount is priced well below similar ones listed on Amazon, but don’t mistake price for quality. I highly recommend this sturdy articulating wall mount, it is a true value for your money.

5 Stars This baby does the trick…and holds a ton!
I mounted a 22″ LCD PC monitor using this mount. The company bares no expense in providing installation hardware and an adapter plate. I didn’t need the adapter plate and the provided hardware was sufficient to get the mount up on the wall and attached to the stud; and, get the mounting bracket for the monitor attached to the four (4) VESA 100mm threaded inserts on the monitor back. From there it’s a simple matter to attach the monitor to the wall mount, adjust the tilt and tighten the hardware.

As another reviewer commented, it is overkill for my application but if I move up to a larger monitor I have no doubt that this mount will do the job.

4 Stars Nice
I am pretty happy with this piece. I had a little difficulty putting together. I spent about 4 hours by myself (You really do need two people) then had a friend come over and we finished in an hour…but the biggest problem are two screws that they align directly opposite of each other that mess up the drawers. The two screws cannot be made flush since they hit into each other and that makes the drawers unable to slide – solution removed one of the screws and now both drawers slide.

For the money this is a good TV Stand. My 46 in Sony looks great on it.

Its a nice looking piece.. The finish is great. Easy to assemble. Ample storage space. Fits my 50″ Plasma. Quality is not bad for the price. Assemble with care because of chances of chipping off. The legs are plastic, not metal..

product is perfect for big flat screen’s. Put a 55″ on it, with speakers fitting nicely on the two ends. Came damaged, they replaced the pieces with no hassle but it did take a bit of time to get the parts. the doors look much better in person then online, I can use my remote through them so it’s great to hide a dvd/xbox

My wife was very skeptical about this piece. She kept wanting to see it physically but we couldn’t find it anywhere. We kept looking for a new TV stand because we were moving from out old 27″ tube TV to a big screen HD. We looked and looked and I kept coming back to this piece of furniture. It had all of the doors and shelves that I was looking for – a place for DVDs (and even VHS tapes), exposed shelves for components that I always wanted to be well ventilated, and even room for surround sound speakers w/o being obtrusive. Amazon turned out to be even cheaper than Walmart for this piece. Its construction is excellent. It was relatively easy to put together – a piece of cake for anyone who has done any flat-pack furniture in the past. This one was one step better than any of the others I’ve built because *all* of the parts were numbered. Other manufacturers force you to identify the pieces from the parts list. I even came “armed” with a Sharpie to label the parts when I happily found that they were pre-labeled. Everything fit together perfectly. The only “hard” part was aligning and adjusting the hinges on the doors but even that wasn’t hard. It comes with a full back that gets nailed in place. but for my purposes, I left it completely off for easy of cabling. It would be kind of nice if the backing was in 3 separate sections so that the parts behind the doors could be installed w/o the center part where I have lots and lots of cables. But even with the back off, the piece looks great, is very sturdy, and is everything I hoped it would be.

I can accommodate tv size 27″ to up to 47″. It’s is easy to assemble, if you take your time to read the instruction that are provided.

This tv stand looks incredible and I love it. Also it gives more space to put other accessory items. Z-Line is a great company to deal with and they have superior customer service.

3 Stars Glass Shelves have a lot of deflection
The pruduct looks nice with nothing on the shelves, solidly supports the TV, and was not diffucult to put together. My problem with the product is the two glass shelves. Both deflect (sag) at the center of the shelf. This occures slightly under their own weight, but set a cable box on one and stereo reciever on another as I have, and this deflection is obvious and can be seen across the room. Each shelf is rated for 65 lb, I would guess that I have less than 10 lb on each and am experiencing this problem. It would be great with heavier duty shelves.

4 Stars Looks great & easy to assemble
After seeing many other tiems, I decided to purchase this stand for my Samsung 46″ flat screen and miscellaneuos components. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was able to put it all together in about 1 hour. The only part I needed help with was mounting the tv as it takes 2 people. It is well worth the price, nothing was broken or damaged.

5 Stars Contempory Look, Many options.
I was looking for a stand to mount my new 52″ Sony LCD, and this item from Amazon looked sharp and had a good price.

A tip of my hat to the reviewer who assembled this in 1 hour – it took me closer to 3, but admittedly I am no handyman.

It did take two people to mount the TV once the stand was mostly assembled, but I guess with some imagination a person could do it alone. I would not want to risk damaging my new $1500 TV.

Since I know my limitations, I took my time, read the directions carefully, with very few missteps. The extra hardware included would make it possible to mount virtually any kind of flat panel TV; LCD or plasma. I’ve seen it advertised for a mount for a 46″ TV, but my 52″ looks great, and this stand is heavy and solid enough to support a TV several inches larger.

The metal and fiberboard top is pained a shiny black, and the finish really does look like it could be on a piano. The glass shelves offer plenty of room and sturdiness for any components you might want to add, and the horizontal swivel is a big plus.

There are of a variety of mounting heights. The bottom of my TV is the minimum 24″ off the floor, but it could have gone about a foot higher.

The price does fluctuate. I paid closer to 2 Bens than 3, and I would recommend watching it until it hits that price point, with free shipping.

This item is made in China.

2 Stars Ordering from 6ave was a hassle
I ordered a TV stand from this company and the estimated date of delivery was supposed to be between March 5 and March 10. March 9 rolls around and I still had not received any shipping confirmation. I emailed them wanting to know when I would be receiving my item. 6ave replies to my email with a vague response- Something like, sorry for the delay, your item is being processed and will ship soon and you’ll get a confirmation once it’s shipped. Mind you, they already charged my credit card. March 13 rolls around and still no stand. This is 3 days after the estimated shipping date. At that point I would have been able to file an XYZ claim with Amazon. So I emailed 6ave again to let them know that I still haven’t received anything and that I would be filing the claim. They said that unfortunately, I wouldn’t be getting my TV stand until sometime during the week of March 16. They gave no explanation for the delay. At that point I didn’t want the item anymore. So they said they’d intercept the package and give me a refund. A week later I hadn’t received any credit on my credit card. I emailed them again and they said that they have to wait for the item to return to them before they can process the refund and that it would be another week until they receive the stand back. Whatever. I finally got my refund from them a few days ago. I would not order from this company again. It’s not worth the hassle. I feel that they don’t inform customers of delays or shipping info unless you push them for any sort of answer. The up-side was that they did respond quickly to me complaints and I did eventually get my money back.

1 Star Have you had problems with Marshall Monitors?
Have you had problems with Marshall Monitors? We have and we are looking for other Marshall Monitor users that have had similar problems. Please email us or post your comments about the problems you have encountered.

We have two V-LCD15 and fourteen V-LCD12 Marshall LCD Monitors. The monitors have been mounted to a monitor wall in a TV Production Truck. All of the Marshall Monitor bezels or plastic cases are rapidly deteriorating and becoming sticky and gooey, so badly so that if you touch a monitor your hand sticks to and leaves a permanent impression on the monitor and a sticky residue is left on your hand. At the same time other monitors in the monitor wall manufactured by Sharp and Panasonic do not have this problem and show no such wear.

When I contacted Marshall about this problem, I spoke with Alan Myers, Eastern Regional Sales Manager, Broadcast Division, for Marshall Electronics in mid January 2009, he indicated that he would have his Florida Representative John Wheeler stop by and inspect our monitors. After sixty days, had past and no representative from Marshall had called or visited us, I contacted Alan again and got permission to return a monitor for Marshall to inspect. Two weeks later Alan indicated that Marshall would attempt to fix this monitor, but they would not fix any of the fifteen other monitors we have that have the same problem because Marshall believes we contaminated them with something like cleaning solution. However, no cleaning solution or any other solution was ever applied. Again, no other monitor other than the Marshall monitors are exhibiting this problem. Further, if you inspect the back of our Marshall monitors the monitor backs are just as sticky and gooey as the front, but in our rack mount monitor wall it would have been very difficult to clean or contaminate the backs of these monitors. The reality is no such cleaning or contamination ever happened. I am more than disappointed by the fact that all these Marshall Monitors cases are failing, but I find the slow response and the total lack of support from Alan and Marshall unacceptable and the fact that Marshall will not stand behind their products is unforgivable. I have been in the broadcast production business for over 30 years and this is the first time I have ever had a professional or broadcast video equipment supplier fail to stand behind their product.
